2024 CFRW Summer Nature Camp

2024 CAMP REGISTRATION OPENS MON. APRIL 15 AT 9:00AM.

Cape Fear River Watch offers Summer Nature Camp for adventurers ages 8-12. Campers will explore, play, and learn during outdoor adventures and daily field trips.  Campers visit the salt marsh, Cape Fear River, Greenfield Lake, and many other locations in the Wilmington area to learn about plants, animals, ecosystems, and watersheds. Each day will be filled with games, art, learning and fun. 

Ages: 8-12 Years*
*Child MUST be 8 years old by the start date of camp or will be unable to attend due to Liability reasons*

Days & Times: Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Drop-off from 8:45 - 9:00 am and pick-up from 4:00 - 4:15 pm at Cape Fear River Watch office

Schedule:
We follow the same itinerary for each week of camp
Session 1 - June 10 - 14, 2024
Session 2 - July 22 - 26, 2024
Session 3 - July 8 - 12, 2024
Session 4 - July 15 - 19, 2024
Please ensure you select your preferred week when registering your child for camp.

Meals: Campers are provided with free lunch and snack each day. Breakfast is NOT provided.

Weekly Fee: $260/Camper

Financial Assistance: At the Cape Fear River Watch, we think summer fun, friends, and opportunities to expore nature should be available to every child. That's why we provide full scholarships to families who need help making camp a reality. If your family needs a little help, sholarships are available and are kept completely confidential. To be considered for financial support, please fill out a scholarship application.
